Stratford Britspin team plans to Spin a Rainbow
Britspin
is a brand-new spinning event organised through Ravelry by volunteers
to raise money for the National Air Ambulance Service and to offer
spinners a fun competition. About
a dozen Guilds of Weavers Spinners and Dyers from Cornwall to Scotland have entered teams (10

Other spinners, from our own guild or elsewhere, are welcome to spin along - there is a cafe with space to
spin, handily located within each of our public spinning spots.

Our members can be easily spotted as they will be wearing colourful Over the Rainbow badges. (* Rogue member Diana, Stratford-upon-Avon Guild Chair, can also be spotted spinning 'on colour' during the Stratford Sale of Work organised by Guild Member Jane Lucas at Stratford Library from 10th-15th Oct .

Thank you to our venues, Air Ambulance, fibre sponsors (Wooltops) and all those on the team - who hand dyed as well as hand prepped fibre for this marathon. We may not be the winning team but we will be the most colourful!
